This is pretty, but was interesting to me mostly for nostalgia reasons. This is the game world I might have the most brain space tied up in representing - though gradeschool it took years to beat it, I know every corner of it, and the language filled out my vocabulary. I mispronounced some of these words for years.
I liked some of this music more than the originals in Link's Awakening! But it was jarring to have it last only a single screen, or jump between themes so quickly.
My game of the year. Plot that intrigues in a survival game, really rewarded exploration in a beautiful world, just the right amount of sci-fi, fear and risk-taking without much violence, no guns. I didn't finish it, who would want to leave this planet.
